If I lived in L.A. so much of this would be lost on me because I don't recognize anyone. I'm starting to wonder if I don't run into famous people all the time but never realize it....

I thought it would be lost on me too but what happens is when I see one of them I immediately assume I know them personally. Like when I saw this guy I was sure I went to college with him. It takes me pointing it out to Nicole and then she tells me where we know him from. In this case it was our favorite tv show Crash.
